Whitetail Retreat is self check-in and self check-out. CLEANLINESS: We take pride in preparing an exceptionally clean and prepared house for your visit! Whitetail Retreat is cleaned, sanitized, and restocked before/after every guest. Please respect our space, treat it as you would your home, and keep it clean! Our team is dedicated to providing a clean space for our guests and very much hope you enjoy it. Any non-standard cleaning will result in an additional charge. MONITORING: To protect our guests and the house, Whitetail Retreat has a Ring camera installed at the front door and on the flood light by the garage. There is also a Minut device on the back porch, which monitors decibel levels. It DOES NOT record any conversations and is solely in place to ensure noise levels are respectable to neighbors and STR Permit requirements for the area. We do NOT spy on our guests. Ring camera recording is motion activated and only captures activity outside the front door and garage area. No cameras or monitoring devices exist inside the property. INSURANCE: Due to the nature of living in an unpredictable world, we highly recommend you invest in travel insurance to protect yourself in any case of unforeseen circumstances.
